3 Missing Features You Would Think Zoom Has

Below is a list of features I came across when using Zoom and I took screen shots. I didn't take them with the intention to post them as an article on one of my 100+ domains but eventually I thought other people should see this as well. My intent with these screen shots was not to bash Zoom for being in existence but just to remind me of what NOT to do when building a platform. So here they come:
#1 No Search Function
What company does that? Providing the ability to see all your sessions, planned or past without a search function?!? Come on! How many millions do you really have to earn before the IT Lead in the company considers it necessary. I figured that they themselves must not use their platform AT ALL
Mistake #1 Not providing a search function on a platform that deals with previous and next sessions.
#2 Muted Currency Dropdown
If you allow people to pay in the currency of their choice based on where they are in the world but then you sort of disallow it, why show it in the first place? And why not showing a little "i" for info to let them know why this is? In my opinion, companies who have this much time for taking care of their customers via their own interface should be avoided when you can.
Mistake #2 Not showing information why options aren't available and still showing a muted dropdown instead of explaining why this isn't available.
#3 Not showing the 3-letter day
Again, if you are a company that has to deal with scheduling sessions of some sort, do you really want your customer to go check what day a certain date is? Can't you just show the 3-letter day? What's so difficult about this? Timezone? That's not an excuse. I feel it's the same old same old: not using their own platform. Jobs would have kicked you out already.
Mistake #3 Not showing the three-letter day when your customers are doing nothing but scheduling dates by date AND day. Please Zoom, make it harder for us. We want that.
Lazy people simply work for the wrong company even if it's their own company.
